You are part of this Infinite Universe. Physically small but the most powerful! This is exactly why you can have multiple experiences, good and bad. You were given a body, a mind, a soul. To be able to have this amazing human experience here on Earth.
To appreciate joy, happiness, love… you’re given the opposite. When you experience life drama in any shape or form you’re forced to search inside you ultimately. When you overcome those moments you get to experience real joy, happiness… The more you get to understand the negative situations in your life the more you’ll experience the positive ones. You don’t even have to completely overcome it to get there, you just have to W A N T to understand them.
How would you know what joy is without sadness?
How would you know what courage is without fear?
How would you know what togetherness is without loneliness?
How would you know what calm is without anger?
How would you know what health is without diseases?
How would you know what love is without indifference?

You were given a magic wand – FREE WILL! Which is nothing but the power to C H O O S E your life perspective, how you want to feel, how you want to think, your beliefs… You choose always what clothes to wear, what food to buy, what car to drive, what jewelry to wear…
You choose your friends, you choose when to react, when to talk, when to sleep, when to wake up…
You choose something every second of the day – conscious or not.
When you choose more mindful change is happening.
Use your magic wand to transform your perspective, therefore your life! You made the same choices for so many years… make a change, choose differently this time and test it out.
Perspective = Your real opinion about yourself, people, and things around you = Inner conversations about yourself, people, and things around you = Deep impressions about yourself, people, and things around you

This is how you form beliefs. This is how you change and replace beliefs. This is how you choose every second of the day, based on those deep impressions, beliefs, self-talk… You feel what you think, and you think what you feel.
You choose based on the P E R S P E C T I V E you have!
All of this falls under the Mindset & Manifestation process and beyond. This is how you create it. This is how you change it. You get a fixed moment, an idea in your mind and you persist in it.
Usually, you do it by bringing forward past events. Why not choose something new to focus on? Something more pleasant? Something that brings a smile?
It’s a choice, and it’s yours.
Add these statements/affirmations to your self-talk routine:
I choose to focus on new things and people that bring joy in my life. I am open to receiving more joy in my life!
Release the how and trust.
When you get to see the bigger picture of how we humans function, think and feel… everything gets easier and drama disappears, making room for new exciting things in your life.
