Observation allows you to decide what to take in and what to leave out.

Who to keep close to you or not.

What habits to form or not.

What traits to embody or not.

What type of relationships you want or not.

What behavior to cultivate or not.

Judging people and situations is going to keep you in the loop of what you don’t want. Plus, is such a waste of energy and time…

Observe instead, to decide further what is nourishing your self-growth and what doesn’t.

Self-observation is a different game. There the change happens faster. Again, observe, don’t judge.

You can try to evaluate a conversation or a situation you had a few months ago, a year ago, maybe more… and ask yourself – how would I approach the same situation now? Usually, the answer is – completely different.

This is what self-growth looks like and how to recognize it. By observing.

Observation also allows you to balance emotions, to recognize them, to heal.
