How to check if you’ve healed a bad experience?
How to truly know?
Easy.
Listen to a sad song that express a particular experience. A feeling. A mood. A thought.
Or listen to/read a piece of content that does the same thing.
Then (here comes the good part)
Observe how you feel.
1 – Do you still feel triggered? Overwhelmed? Sad?
If so, you haven’t healed fully yet, keep on going.
2 – Or do you enjoy the same song/piece of content feeling peaceful?
You just observe that it doesn’t have the same effect on you anymore.
If so, congrats! You’ve done it.
You are 100% healed.
The same goes with people’s interaction.
Which one are you, 1 or 2?
If you have questions, send a message.
