What does leadership means to you?

My take

Leadership doesn’t always mean to lead your business and staff.

It also means 

being in charge (leading) your journey, your life. 

You are in charge of your journey.

 

(And this doesn’t necessarily require owning a business.)

It goes both ways

 

Personal & Business

Personal OR Business

 

An individual can be a leader of their life without owning a business. (family, kids…)

A business owner can’t be a good leader without being an individual one (leader) first.

Now, apply it… to your self discovery.

 

Analysis & Meaning

The meaning is in the pronunciation.

Accent on lead, clear ‘R’ in US

Leadership – Lead the ship – Lead your ship.

E  *from middle ER* = energy – symbol in physics

Where ship = your life, your journey, your biz

Clear R – UR slang = Your or You’re

Aka the message:

Lead yourself – You’re in charge of your journey. You have the power within. (related to E symbol)

Own it, understand it, and make the best out of it!

 

Further message for business owners:

Lead yourself first to be able to lead communities. (Clear link to personal development…)
