Let’s break it down.

Ti = you, yourself

In Latin, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and other variations in other languages with the same meaning.

Same thing for ‘me’, adding Modern Greek and English.

Me = me, myself

The messages from the word ‘time’:

1 – You and me. You and God, Source, Universe, etc.

2 – You create “the right time”. In co-creation with God.

3 – Divine time is happening when you decide. When you allow it, by allowing divine guidance to flow through. Aka co-creation.

 

Conclusion

1 – Stop waiting for the right time to make things happen for you. 

2 – When it feels right, and you trust your inner guidance, the right time is Now.

Not later, not in the future, but now!

This goes back to trusting your intuition, your natural internal GPS.
