When you say reaction (re-action) for me it means to undo an action, to redo it. Re-build. Re–create. Re-invent. And so on. Same with Re-action.

Here we talk about internal reactions mostly, as those are the ones leading to the external ones.

You experience a reaction internally first. Emotions and thoughts. Before you react externally.

Knowing this, imagine how easy it will be to avoid it if you become aware of it and start releasing it.

How?

When reactive thoughts and emotions appear, stay mindful and ask yourself:

Is this aligned with what I want or where I am going? This should shift things for you.

Of course, there are other methods too, depending on how intense a situation gets.
