The Mask Behind Spirituality

 

Many people claim to be ‘spiritual’ only because it is trendy. Especially new age ones.

Without understanding the real, simple meaning behind it.

Claiming they are ‘good’ while wearing the mask

of envy, 

of not being enough,

of competition with another,

of a need for validation,

of deep unresolved fears,

of a close-minded person in the end.

Not open to new information,

Gaslighting anyone who ‘dares’ to be authentic and succeed.

All of this is the Opposite of being truly ‘spiritual’ – which is being sovereign.

Where sovereign means taking full responsibility of yourself while owning who you are truly – rooted in inner authority.

Had a person telling me this:

“I am enlightened, I discovered oneness, I don’t need more info.”

Really? Since when do you stop learning because you are ‘enlightened’?…

Using labels you don’t grasp just to ride the trend is fuc**ng Sad – and when alone, you are fully immersed in deep confusion and sadness without knowing why… 

*Spiritus in Latin means breath. Which again reflects the above line about sovereignty. Who are you with every breath you take, in every moment…?

Online or offline. Surrounded by people or alone. When you have 2 very different identities in this case, it’s a Clear sign you need deeper Self Work.

The sooner you accept it, the faster you’ll find inner Balance. Which always reflects externally.

I had different encounters, one recently offline, with people claiming to be spiritual while hiding behind masks described above, gaslighting.

Yes, I can easily spot it in real-time, which makes me very good at what I do within this project.

And I don’t waste my time with these behaviours, I let them go, feeling sorry for them.

Being spiritual in its pure form means you accept your whole human experience, mind-body-soul. All layers of being a human, with all that comes, good and bad, learning to stay balanced while at it.

So, my message to you, my dear fake ‘spiritual’ people is this one:

Ground the fu*k down!!

Stop living with your head in the clouds Only. Your human experience is happening here too, on Earth.

Your humanness is expressed both, physical and spiritual. Equally!

I have a chapter in my ebook (The Journal of Human Emotions) called just that:

 

With my feet on the ground and head in the clouds.

 

This is balance. Real balance.

*And this is coming from one of the most spiritual women with lots of rituals.

Learn to Filter All information you receive, and stop following trends just because it’s ‘cool’. It is not helpful for your journey.

Being spiritual doesn’t hold labels, as it is different for everyone of us.

It is not either – all milk and honey, or ‘namaste’ or ‘I love you’ said randomly.

*No wonder this whole spiritual industry is interpreted as woo-woo…

With all these ‘angels’ walking around, showing the worst character and low integrity when interacting on a personal level.

Of course, people get confused because of its lost real meaning.

So again, lovingly,

Ground the F**k down! And discover YOUR truth – the One that allows you to feel and sleep well.
