Invite Better Relationships
Expressing your genuine feelings and thoughts is not always easy.
This is when the blunt truth will save you the struggle of finding the right words.
A moment of truth can avoid a life of regret.
This is why you often end up in superficial relationships that don’t soothe your needs and wants.
Being your authentic self from the very first moments you interact with a person you like will make it easier to decide further if you really want to be with that person, or not.
It doesn’t matter if it is for a month or for a lifetime, what matters is practicing being your true self in any given moment.
When you’re hiding who you really are when interacting with people, you’ll end up around people and situations that won’t bring the joy you seek.
You are not here to please every person by any means, you are here to be your authentic self which leads to creating beautiful experiences in your life.
Ask yourself – What do I really want from a relationship? How do I want my relationships with people to be? What do I want to experience when in a relationship? Make a list.
The journey to your true self-discovery means setting clear intentions about what you want and how you want it. It means building confidence, learning when to say no, and when to take action.
It also means building a new balanced belief system that follows your intentions.
You build new beliefs by creating new assumptions.
This is an assumption that you can integrate:
