To create a new belief system you have to create new assumptions.
 
How do you create an assumption?
 
You change the narrative, the statements you’re using in any situation. Your self-talk.
Spot it and switch it with what you want instead.
This requires an ongoing mental diet, awareness, finding a statement that is natural to you, and persisting in it until you build the inner knowing that is going to happen. That is the moment when you know you’ve built a new assumption. Repetition is the key.
 
To give you an example, let’s say you are getting ready to start a new business.
 
You might say to yourself:
What if this doesn’t work?
 
You can switch it to:
What if it DOES work out?!
You will notice a change in your mood quite fast just by saying this.
 
By transforming an affirmation into an afformation gets even more powerful.
