How to stay FOCUSED
Every time you’re thinking of a statement that you believe as true (which is an assumption) you’re manifesting it.

Imagine what will happen when you’ll start applying the same process but being focused this time…
Focused on what you want. Focused on the end result of your desire.
How to stay focused on what you want when you’re mind will visit another 1000 thoughts at the same time? (which is normal, especially if you’re just getting started with focused attention)
Here is the answer: Take a deep breath and bring back only the thought you want. That’s it!
Every time you feel you can’t focus, just take a deep breath and start again. The more you practice the easier it gets.
