Being vulnerable holds so much P O W E R!

Accepting that as a human being you also have bad days, negative thoughts, unfulfilled wishes, frustrations… is the start of real transformation. All of us do. And it’s ok.

When you feel triggered by a certain situation or person (someone’s success, beauty, friends, luck, car, house, business, lifestyle, happiness…) stop before reacting, and ask yourself – What part of me wants what they have? What can I do to have it too? What can I do to change how I feel?

By doing so, you get yourself out of scarcity, of the negative thought that you can’t have it, or be it.

Accept that negative side of you and address it. 

You can write it down or speak about it with someone you trust. 

Express it, emphasize it, feel it. 

Be vulnerable if you want to release this old pattern and replace it with something new, one that can improve your life on many levels.

You can call it shadow work. I like to call it emotional reset, or emotional restart.

The more you repress what you really feel the more those emotions will want to surface. Don’t wait for an explosion, address it and then replace it.

When you accept this part of yourself as well you are getting ready to become what you really want, to heal. Repressed emotions will express in your body eventually.
