People took spirituality to such a confusing level. The reason why so many scammers are leading others to even more confusion. Especially in the coaching niche. There is a lot of misleading information out there, meant to make you buy shiny packages with an empty value.

The reason why you start thinking that must be something wrong with you…

This is marketing manipulation only, where tactics and strategies are used to make you feel broken and stuck. And I have a solid background in the marketing field to recognize these strategies when I see them – which is one of the reasons why I’ve started this project where you can find real value.

Let me tell you this – there is nothing WRONG with you! As a human being is perfectly normal to go through different experiences, and stages, to have ups and downs.

Here you’ll find a post where I explain spiritual terms – my take on it: https://cutt.ly/HMqfQ8s

The greatest favor you can do for yourself is to start creating your own identity. To be able to do it all you need is… awareness. You are aware when you take a moment to breathe consciously and consider what is true for your journey and what is not.

Spirituality comes from the Latin spiritus, which means breath.

“You breathe, you are spiritual.

You are spiritual because you breathe.

End of story.”

Quote from The Journal of Human Emotions book.

Your own existence as a human makes you spiritual. With all that is.

You don’t need to “fix” yourself first in order to run a business or to go after what you want.

I believe the most unhappy people are multi-millionaires. Do you think this stops them from being successful? Of course not.

How does this work? What they want is greater than what they feel.

Which makes it possible to navigate through negative emotions to get a positive outcome.

You can use negative emotions as fuel to push forward, to get what you want, to be who you want. No need to get “stuck” until you figure it out or get a better understanding.

While moving forward create time to discover your identity. Who you are and who do you want to become? One of the most important questions is actually… Why?

Discovering your identity is an ongoing process that gets easier to navigate when you are certain about your “why”. Here is where you have to be honest with yourself and contemplate this question: Why do I want what I want?

And your “why” might eventually dismiss your initial “want”. This is when you create meaning in your life, when your “why” matches your “want” while feeling good about it on a personal level.
