These days, we can recycle garbage and give it utility.

 

Same thing with individuals who choose to act like Human Garbage (HG).

♻️ Human Recycling (HR) is an option available through choice, only their own.

 

Here we can associate the HR (human recycling) with the HR department – the place where decisions are made about who gets in, who stays, who gets out. 

 

Same thing on a personal level – you get to decide all of it and more, 

 

So you get to create Your own HR department that filters everything through your values, standards, and integrity.

 

And these individuals, HG, walk around wearing the mask of a ‘kind’ person or a ‘leader’ often.

 

You’ll meet them both in personal life and business – unfortunately.

 

If you ever find yourself in this situation, acknowledge it and move on, while keeping focus on what truly matters to you.

Move on energetically – don’t make it about you. 

 

We should all take full responsibility 

 

for words we speak, 

actions we take, 

or intentions we hold.

 

Move on physically – this can mean to go for a walk, to quit a job or a position, or cut someone out of your life. 

When not possible yet, create a strong intention and Make it happen.
