You manifest always but you might not be conscious of it. Your strongest beliefs reflect the life you live. Your belief system is your life leader in all areas and what makes things happen.
When you realize that everything is happening because of your beliefs can get overwhelming.
But not every negative situation in your life was there because you thought about it. Some things happen “unexpectedly”, out of the blue. Nothing is out of the blue, they happen because of some other stronger assumptions, or beliefs, you have.

Money & status.
Pushed by family and/or friends because “it’s time”.
Fear of loneliness.
True love.
The percentage of people starting a relationship, or getting married out of true love is small, unfortunately. This is exactly why the divorce rate and breakups are increasing.

Invite Better Relationships
Expressing your genuine feelings and thoughts is not always easy.
This is when the blunt truth will save you the struggle of finding the right words.
A moment of truth can avoid a life of regret.
This is why you often end up in superficial relationships that don’t soothe your needs and wants.
Priorities & Narcissists
Make yourself a priority if you want others to respond the same. When you become a second option or not an option at all, that’s a straightforward message that you’re surrounded by the wrong people. Or that you have to work on your beliefs, boundaries, and rules, which puts you in the position of becoming a priority.
If you find yourself in the first situation, surrounded by the wrong people, and not realizing it, you’ll start to develop guilt, shame, low self-esteem. You’ll think that is your fault for becoming a second option for X person, that you have to do more, to prove more… just to grab their attention. This is a toxic behavior towards yourself that is deepening your low self-esteem. This type of behavior is met in relationships with narcissists.
Let me tell you “a secret” – we all meet a narcissist in our life at some point.

You are part of this Infinite Universe. Physically small but the most powerful! This is exactly why you can have multiple experiences, good and bad. You were given a body, a mind, a soul. To be able to have this amazing human experience here on Earth.
To appreciate joy, happiness, love… you’re given the opposite. When you experience life drama in any shape or form you’re forced to search inside you ultimately. When you overcome those moments you get to experience real joy, happiness… The more you get to understand the negative situations in your life the more you’ll experience the positive ones. You don’t even have to completely overcome it to get there, you just have to W A N T to understand them.

This is a huge step forward to your personal growth, to recognize that you can learn more from other women. This is how I started my journey too, in my 20’s. I was always fascinated by powerful women, by people better than me, and took any occasion I had to start a conversation with them.
We learn from each other in all ways, always! This is how we grow, by having real experiences and interactions. And by releasing the ego – is how you make room for new information that can help you move forward into becoming what you want (life or business).

Anxiety happens when you feel stress, fear, or worry. High levels of these feelings lead to panic attacks. When this is happening (I’ll name a few sensations), your heartbeat is racing, your palms are sweating, muscles get tense, your breathing gets intense, and even start shaking.
A panic attack can last from 5 minutes up to hours, it depends on every one of you.
You start feeling anxious when you’re still attached to a past experience. When you fear the present. When you fear what the future holds for you, thinking that what happened will interfere.
