For a full week stop using the dislike button or angry emoji on any social media platform. It’s ok to don’t agree with certain content you might come across. Instead, you can skip it, or try to add a constructive comment on why you don’t like it – it will help the creator to improve their content. This can be a good idea for Youtube, and not only, to replace the dislike button with the skip one. Will encourage better human interaction. You’re welcome! Again, if that content triggers you too much, just skip it and search for something that resonates with you.
This simple step will help you to stop reacting to things you don’t like in general. Will help you to decide better what triggers you (so you can work with that part), what you love, and what you don’t. By applying this simple challenge you will think twice next time when you get mad in traffic, you will remember to pause and skip it, you won’t react. Or next time when someone will pick a fight with you, you will remember to stop reacting.
It will teach you how to make better decisions in life, how to control your emotions and thoughts. Which leads to mastering your life. Best decisions in life are not made from a place of frustration or anger (which is your ego), but from a place of self-control, from a peaceful place. Such a simple step, but with a domino effect in all areas, in a positive direction.
Choose your content carefully – music, movies, articles… Every piece of content you choose to watch, listen to, read, IS impacting your mood. Manifest what you want by choosing to change your self-concept. Identify yourself with your heart’s desires and SKIP what you don’t like.
You will create a healthy habit by doing so, which will attract better things in your life – and not only what you’re manifesting consciously. Choose to be kind and constructive when it comes to social interactions – you are doing it for YOURSELF first of all, and then for the other people involved. Keep in mind that, if something doesn’t resonate with you, it will for another person.

Master Your Life!
I came to the conclusion that we live in a constipated world. Where people “must” hide their emotions in order to be considered normal. Don’t you dare to cry, people might think you’re weak. Don’t you dare to show too much love and appreciation, people might take advantage of you. Don’t you dare to be angry and express your anger, people will think you have mental issues. Don’t you dare laugh too loud, dream too big, they might also think something’s wrong with you.
Don’t you dare show your freaking emotions, stuff them down, push it down, deep inside you… This is what this “modern” society is teaching you. Because of this excessive modernism that people follow more and more diseases appear, incurable they say. At the same time, people become lonely, too afraid to express who they really are… Why the f*** do you think this is happening?
Because you are HUMAN, and humans have emotions! Humans think, they have thoughts. Can you deny it? Of course not. Guess what? Your thoughts create your emotions – this is confirmed by science.
When you stay for too long in a negative state diseases appear, in any form. Your body is the best compass for what is going on inside you.
Then, why are you so stubborn and don’t acknowledge them?
I see so many people suffering, daily, posting about their anxiety, depression, other mental problems, physical health issues. Stop looking for the problem, and search for the solution! The answer is right in front of you, everybody talks about it, all celebrities, all billionaires, some psychologists… ALL people that genuinely care.
Too blind to hear them – and this is not a misspelling.
A human being that is going through difficult situations, that expresses the anger, the frustration, is considered broken. If the same human being is trying to overcome that situation, in different ways, that human will switch moods while doing it. Which is freaking normal, might be also considered broken – some of them get officially diagnosed by doctors who are too busy to wipe their degrees of dust than to, actually, offer real help.
Until the emotional balance settles, fluctuations will happen. Simply because, as a human, you will search for a way out of that negative state, that makes you feel bad and affects your life. You might watch a movie, listen to music, go for a walk, or talk to a friend and smile, change your mood for a bit, then you’ll drop back into that negative state, then again up if you think of something funny or smile (fact recognized by science – smiling increases dopamine, even when fake), then down, up, down, up. For how long? It depends on every person and the tools they find to improve emotional states.
People get diagnosed with mental issues, but nobody teaches them how to balance their emotions – where it all started. If only this part would be acknowledged sooner, and people would be guided in the early stages of emotional imbalance… we wouldn’t have so many human beings worldwide with extreme mental issues right now.
Medication can help you sometimes, but it doesn’t heal or balance your emotions. Only YOU can do that. And now, we have tons of safe options on HOW to do it.
Next time you see a person changing moods, acknowledge the fact that the person is fighting to recover from a negative state of mind, is doing the inner work to balance their emotions, so it doesn’t end up in extreme situations. That person is not broken, is a human being just like you, facing emotions of all kinds, until they learn how to handle them – just like kids.
When life is happening in adulthood, it might throw you on the floor. But guess what, it teaches you as well HOW TO GET UP! While trying to get up, allow yourself to fall down again, but keep your focus on staying UP, in equilibrium.
The faster you acknowledge your emotions and thoughts, the sooner you’ll live the life you want and not the life that is happening.
Again, there are so many people offering help, tools to overcome anything in life, including myself. Take advantage of all this info and use it in your favor. Master your life!

ANXIETY RELIEF
When anxiety is happening, or panic attacks, you have to learn how to control it, to overcome it. It’s very possible, I did it, many others did it too – you can do it also. You have two options always when something that you don’t like in your life is happening – you’re looking for excuses or you’re looking for solutions. It’s a choice.
The way to control both of them is through ongoing inner work. It depends on each and every one of you how fast will you reach self-control. Here are some fast solutions that I can give you right now.
1 – When you find yourself in the middle of a panic attack or if anxiety kicks in, listen to this poem. Calm Your Mind poem received positive feedback from over 1000 people, so far, that managed to control their anxiety just by listening to it, or reading it.
2 – Remember that YOU control your mind and not vice-versa.

Manifest Using Music
We all know and feel the power of MUSIC always! Music can change our states so fast.
If you feel sad or hurt, you listen to music that helps you release it. If you’re happy or celebrating, you’ll listen to music that matches that happy state. And so on. Knowing this as a fact, you can apply the music vibes when manifesting, to help you manifest faster, to get you to live in the end, or to feel as if you already have what you want. Here is my tip for you, create a playlist with songs that get you in that feeling, that boosts your mood always. I share my personal playlist on my Youtube channel – feel free to check it out. Affirmation Challenge
Are You Depressed?
How do you know if you are depressed? How do you discover your stress level? I am going to give you a very simple test to find out the answer to this question. Let’s get started. Ready?
Take a look into your home, how does it look? Is it messy or clean, organized?
The way your house look tells a lot about your mental state. A cluttered house is linked with a cluttered mind. A clean house, on the other hand, means a clear mind. Cleaning and mental health are connected, it gives you a sense of control over your life. By cleaning and organizing the space you live in, you’ll discover better stress management in your day-to-day life – research proves it. If you postpone house cleaning for more than 2 weeks, this is when you can spot the very first sign of depression. In severe depression, this aspect can go on for months or years.
By creating a habit of decluttering will help you also manage your depression better. It works every single time when you need to boost your mood, to relax your mind. Having a mood boost will help you focus more on what you want to manifest and act on it.
Try it, when feeling low start cleaning your home, you will be amazed by how powerful this little trick is. You might say that you already have someone taking care of this part, even so, I am sure you’ll find something to organize yourself (books, old papers, even old memories that don’t make you feel good). If you want to take it further, search for Marie Kondo’s decluttering method, or the KonMari method – is mind-blowing and will give you a deeper meaning of cleaning.

Manifestation Is NOT Woo-Woo
How many of you tried to raise their vibration, do shadow work, inner-child healing, and so on? Just to get what you want, to attract better things in life… I am one of those people. Until I realized that all comes down to my actual internal state. Let me explain more.
Your internal state is triggered by your emotions, beliefs, reactions, actions… which leads to your manifestation in the end. Remember, you’re manifesting always.
To change your internal state you don’t need all of this, ALL you need is self-awareness and action to change. Otherwise, you may get trapped in these never-ending steps just to reach your goals. No need for all of this.
Do you dream of having a new life? What does that mean to you? Better relationships, better health, better friends, better opportunities, a new business, more confidence… you can have anything you desire as long as you focus and act on it. How? By changing your self-concept about what you want! This is where your focus should be always.
You don’t get what you want in life. You get WHO you are! Repeat.
If you think you are unlucky, this is what you’ll receive, opportunities where you’ll feel unlucky; if you think you’re confident, you’ll get opportunities to reflect that belief. This applies to anything in life.
Self-concept is the key! This is where you start.
Become aware of your internal state, your self-talk. How do you usually react to life? Set your desired intention, get clear about it. Listen carefully to your inner conversation, always.

When You Doubt Yourself
Doubts come from past events. Every time something happens you associate it with a past event when you didn’t choose the right solution.
What you have to understand is that even “bad” choices are there to teach you something. When you get this, you will only take the lesson and don’t associate every similar event with that outcome you once had.
As I always say, you can’t change a past event, but you can change the perspective, how you look at it, to make it work in your favor.
Doubts are created by low self-confidence, because of past events as I explained earlier. Know that this is something we ALL experience.
The faster you accept it the sooner you can get started and make it work for you and your needs. All good things start with an equilibrate self-confidence.
To release your doubt identify the root cause of it. What is it that makes you feel uncertain?
Do you have doubts when it comes to taking a decision? When it comes to focusing on your business plan? You’re in doubt about your next meeting? Before giving a speech? Before making an investment? Or even when you have to choose between outfits?
If so, this is a strong signal that you need to pay attention to your self-esteem.
Doubt is a strong belief rooted in your subconscious mind. The good news is that you can change this belief, like any other limiting belief.
Start by replacing this belief, by working with yourself. For example, if it’s an outfit issue, start saying to yourself that you’ll look amazing no matter what you decide to wear. Or if it’s a doubt before a meeting, say that you have all the necessary skills for this meeting, and all will work out just fine.

SELF MOTIVATION
Let’s talk about self-motivation today. Read until the end, I have a challenge for you.
Being able to motivate yourself when facing an issue is very powerful. By doing so, will enable you to actually find the courage to move further faster. It also builds self-confidence and eventually, you’ll get the solution you’re looking for.
How to motivate yourself?
The first step, acknowledge your issue and accept it. Don’t ignore it, talk about it, or even exaggerate – people tend to exaggerate anyway and make a problem worse than it actually is.
The second step, after you’re done expressing your issue, the self-motivation steps in. Say nice things to yourself while looking in the mirror. When you’re observing yourself in the mirror you recognize your deeper self, anything you say while looking in the mirror is more powerful.
You can imagine you’re talking to a good friend – in the end, you have to learn how to be a kind friend with yourself first. You can say:
All of this is going to end in my favor in no time. Everything is going to be fine. I am in control always. I know I can handle this situation no matter what. Give yourself a smile at the end.
You can repeat the positive statements a few times, it will change your mood.
When you practice self-motivation in the mirror (can be out loud or in your mind) it might get emotional, you may even cry. It’s ok… It’s the same feeling as if you would see an old friend after a long time and you’re happy about it. This is exactly what is happening, you realize for how long you have ignored yourself.
Self-motivation will grow confidence, will boost self-concept.
In the third step, go about your day thinking about that special moment with yourself to keep a good mood. You will notice a rapid change of perspective about that issue, it will feel lighter.
I CHALLENGE YOU to practice SELF-MOTIVATION every single day for 2 weeks. Start your day like this, have a moment with yourself. Accept the challenge and share it with others, you can make a difference in someone’s life.

All of this is going to end in my favor in no time. Everything is going to be fine. I am in control always. I know I can handle any situation no matter what.
