Free Will and Emotions
Frustration is a frequent emotion that we experience, can happen from the minor irritation of being stuck in traffic to a major problem of feeling failure when heading towards a goal. Frustration has other deep emotional layers that are the root cause of why is happening.
Fear – of not being able to accomplish your goal faster, of not receiving the help you want because you’re searching outside of you for that help, of rejection…
Guilt or shame – of not raising your standards as everybody else around you expected to, of not being able to accomplish your day-to-day responsibilities.
Anger, anxiety, sadness – because of the listed and unlisted things, minor or major, that you kept fixing and failed in a way or another. This is when frustration comes to surface expressing in ways that you can’t control sometimes.
All because of all the other emotions, feelings, hidden deep inside that were never spoken to someone or written down, to be able to release them. Expressing your feelings to someone you trust, or simply writing it down, can help you release the heaviness you hold inside and avoid unnecessary major stress. After this first step, you can proceed towards self-growth, build more confidence around different situations in your life, move forward, and create the life you want, create your future.

What Exactly Are Affirmations?
Let’s break it down and have a better understanding of affirmations. An affirmation is a proposition or a statement that is declared to be true. Affirmations are your own words, addressed to self or another person, used with conviction. A statement is made when you know for sure something will happen or is true, and is made to remove any doubt about it. Thoughts you have daily, that you repeat over and over in your head (self-talk) become statements, affirmations, which further translates into manifestation – reality.
