How to temper your anger

I will start by saying that is a NORMAL feeling.

And sometimes, when things go against your beliefs, people or/and situations will get you mad.

It happens even to the calmest people. (myself included)

But how to handle this anger when it’s happening?

When you have an intense argument with someone else?

When all you want is to express your anger right there? And just say whatever comes out in that moment…

You’re going to DO and SAY things that you’ll soon regret.

This is what Uncontrolled anger does!

Here are some steps to take when you find yourself in this situation.

1 – Breathe. Take a deep breath, this will save you a few seconds and help to calm a bit and to stop reacting.

2 – Remove yourself from that place/person physically.

Go in another room or go outside for a walk, fresh air and walks (moving your body) is going to help you calm down even more and think clearly.

3 – Exercise forming new beliefs around it, new habits. Here is the most important part.

When alone, let the anger out, express yourself.

Then, start asking yourself questions to understand if it’s really something major or not.

Either way, major or not, you still have to release it out of your system.

And you can do that by sending positive intentions towards yourself and the person involved.

Yeah, I know, not easy to do. I agree.

But! But.

You can just say it.

You can use your anger as fuel! And send positive intentions.

I use this fast line first:

Universe bless them! God bless them!

It works very fast when it’s not a major thing. Instantly.

For major things, I use the same line…

With a twist.

It works very fast, in a few hours max all is out of my system.

Can you have good intentions towards someone when angry? Well not always, it’s hard, I get it. This is why I created that twist.

There is also a method through which you can release anger, and not only.

Journaling!

Also, with a TWIST.

As you can see I have different ways to go about it, when it comes to releasing negative emotions and thoughts. (I share some in my book too).

Is all about learning

SELF CONTROL in any situation.

And getting yourself back on track.

The sooner you start practicing, the faster you’ll get where you want!

I’ll be happy to share with you the twist(s) and methods I apply to make it so efficient in releasing anger.

Of course, within paid sessions.

If you feel ready on all levels to start your journey with me, message me.

Have a great week!
