According to WHO (World Health Organization) in 2019 anxiety affected 301 million people worldwide.

In 2024 the number got up to 308 million people.

 

And this is just recorded data, I am sure the number is way higher in reality.

 

Anxiety, followed by panic attacks in some cases, is caused by deep fears.

Fears that you feed your mind with, every day in a repetitive way (and this is how you convince your mind to accept a new belief).

 

Been there, done that.

But I also decided to heal it.

And I did! 

Through a lot of self work, learning full self control to overcome it.
