Check-in with your brain waves
Beta. The state when you’re alert, doing your daily tasks.
Alpha. The state of light relaxation. When you take a break for a cup of coffee, or tea, or to enjoy a stunning nature view.
Theta. This is where your creative power starts. In this state you create what you want faster, you impress your subconscious mind faster. This is the state when you’re in deep relaxation, feeling drowsy. Or in SATS (state akin to sleep).
You get in T H E T A state a few times a day. Under the shower, before you fall asleep, and right before you wake up. As a few examples.
Theta is also the state where hypnosis happens. This is how you get into self-hypnosis, by inducing a theta state. All of us can do it.
Delta – When you’re in a deep sleep. The healing state I like to call it, is where you’re body regenerates.
Let’s throw on top the fifth one, Gamma waves. Is the state where you are intensely focused on something, the learning state.
What if you’ll get that intense thought from Gamma and bring it to Theta? You’ll get what is called focused meditation. It takes practice to keep the focus but is so worth it.
Back to Theta state.
Some business owners that run multiple 7-8 figures use this state to create solutions when they’re stuck on a problem.
Einstein, Edison, Salvador Dali, and others used it for creation, and to figure out their next steps. Without all of the information we have access to right now, they did it intuitively.
You can use it too! Theta is the manifestation state. The creative state!
