When you observe what you think and feel you can consider what you want to change, to replace.
Becoming aware of your thoughts and feelings will help you release and replace resentment.
This is how you start implementing new beliefs, new assumptions.
By observing.
Observation = Awareness
Next time when you catch yourself repeating an old negative pattern (thought, reaction…) stop for a second and ask yourself:
Do I want to continue with this behavior? What results do I get from it? How can I replace this thought?
Find the statement and apply it.
