Why do you feel Lonely?

In 2021 I started my blog – on the main page you will find the following message:
“It’s time to have a coffee with yourself.”
This concept started in my mind one morning (2020) as I was having my coffee and contemplating – something I like doing. (having coffee and contemplating lol)
I was thinking:
“I like moments with myself. Why do people fear being alone? I enjoy having coffee with myself.”
I liked this concept and kept sharing it with others – with great results.
The idea of this concept is not only about “having coffee with your younger self”
– as others borrowed it,
but about being Present with who you are now, with who you want to become.
This full concept encourages people to get to know themselves deeper, to build confidence, to accept loneliness…
To accept yourself fully.
Your Present Self especially!

7™ – It’s dang difficult to experience this situation. (…).
9™ – (…) I get to choose what my next (…).”
